Our GodToU Guarantee

At GodToU we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If we fall short, we will make it right.

Every item in our gift basket is prepackaged by the manufacturer and shipped directly to our assembly facility.

We carefully inspect each item as we assemble our boxes by hand, and if any item is damaged or compromised in any way, then it is immediately discarded and replaced with an unblemished item.

Every item in our gift box has a long shelf life at room temperatures. The minimum shelf life of any item in our collection is 6 months. This ensures that each item in our boxes will be in excellent condition and delicious.

Our gift box is custom designed to protect each item during shipping. But if there is any damage to any of the products in our gift box, we will immediately refund, to the original purchaser, the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price for that item.

If there is massive shipping damage that results in damage to most or all of the products in the box, we will refund the entire cost of the box to the original purchaser.

To Request a Refund

To request a refund, please take a photograph showing the damage to the item or items as they are when they arrive in the box. If you choose to consume the items then we will not be able to provide a refund. None-the-less, please email us with an explanation of the problem so we can find an appropriate way to make it right.
